2013 Annual Dues

This is a reminder that 2013 HOA dues will be due by March 1, 2013. Invoices will be mailed out in December. We will have a single or two payment option. (If you elect to make two payments of $200.00 you will be charged a $5.00 per month processing fee for a total of $10.00, with second payment due by April 1, 2011). Anyone that misses the payment due date will be charged a $25.00 late fee. (Late means your payment arrived after March 1, 2012 or April 1, 2012 for your second half of paymnet, if you used the two payment method.)

In the future, if you wish, we also except prepaid dues. You can make 11payments of $34.00 and a final payment of $26.00 per month. Some residents have found this to be a good option to avoid a large sum due at one time.
